Airfried Malai-Atta Snacks Sweet/Salty

Use homemade malai to make Shakarparas a simple and tasty snack very easy to prepare. All the age groups enjoy this snack which can be baked in an oven or simply made in an air fryer. One can fry them too, if oil restriction is not an issue. Ingredients are wheat flour, home made cream and curd. Use salt for preparation of salty snack or jaggery for the sweet variety. Note: The technique of making dough of both varieties is slightly different. The salty snack is initially air fried at 200℃ whereas the sweet one at 160℃.
