An Indo-Chinese dish with a taste of a spring roll and manchurian. Vegies are wrapped in the cabbage leaf and are best consumed with red chilli sauce/ green chilli sauce/ mustard sauce/ pepper sauce/ tomato sauce. Can also be used to make a vegetable burger. A good breakfast dish and evening snack.
