Tips:

1.use two different mixi jars for grinding helps in better grinding of individual constituents.

2.use of ice during grinding helps to maintain constant temperature during wet grinding resulting in a smoothier and fluffier paste.

3.using hot water in casserole and covering casserole with black polytene helps in creating humid atmosphere to help in fermentation.
