PALAK(SPINACH) 400 Gms

GARLIC 1 Tbsp

ONION 1 MEDIUM

GINGER 1/2 INCHES GREEN CHILIES 5-6 SMALL

LEMON 1/4


PROCEDURE

1. Saute Spinach and grind

2. Prepare masala ingredients

3. Frying masala and spinach

4. Making the garlic tadka

5. Adding tadka to fried palak
