Malai Paan Recipe | Malai Roll | Malai Gilori मलाई पान बनाने की विधि | मलाई मेवा रोल कैसे बनाए

Malai Paan is a famous royal sweet of Lucknow from the time of Nawabs. It is also known as SHAHI MALAI GILLORI with a nawaabi taste. This is a very light, delicate delicacy and is not easily available every where. No mawa , no Sugar is required in the making of this sweet.One can directly prepare this unique dish using condiments from the kitchen shelf. An easy way to prepare this delicate sweet from fresh malai from fresh milk is described in this video. Another variant of this delicious sweet is KESAR MALAI MEWA ROLL.


INGREDIENTS

Milk 1 kg

Badam 1Tbs

Kaju 1Tbs

Pista 1 Tbs

Mishri 1 Tbs

Elaichi 1/2 Tsp

Kesar 10-12 strands

Chopped Dry Fruit 2Tbs

PROCEDURE

1.Prepare malai after boiling milk on slow fire

2.Refrigerate for an hour and cut in the required shape

3.Soak kesar in 1/2 cup milk with 1 Tsp sugar

4.Lightly Grind badam kaju and pista along with mishri and little kesar milk for the filling.

5.Shape malai into a roll and paan after stuffing them with the above ground mixture

6.Sprinkle chopped dry fruit and kesar milk on top of the paan and roll
