Raw bananas are a rich source of Vitamin C and Vitamin B6 & calcium. Having a low glycaemic index they are a suitable diet for diabetics. They are full of fibre which is good for people with digestive problems. The koftas are neatly prepared in the APPAPATRA utensil where hardly any oil is used.
