Vegetable jalfrezi with paneer is a tomato based healthy vegetable dish using several vegetables. The use of Kashmiri red chilli powder not only enhances it's colour and flavour but is a healthy ingredient This tangy little sweet dish is all time favourite with all the age groups.

INGREDIENTS

CUT ONE MEDIUM ONION, CAPSICUM AND TOMATO INTO 1"CUBES

ONIONS 1 CUP

TOMATOES 1 CUP

CAPSICUM 100 gms

(1 MEDIUM) CARROTS 100 gms

(2 MEDIUM) BEANS 100 gms

(18 TO 20 ) RED SIMLA MIRCH 100 gms

(1 MEDIUM) PANEER 200 gms

GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 Tbsp

KASURI METHI 1 Tbsp

FRESH MALAI 2 Tbsp

FRESH GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES 2 Tbsp

JEERA 1 Tsp

WHOLE RED CHILIES 4-5

KASHMERE RED CHILI POWDER 1 1/2 Tsp

KITCHEN KING MASALA 1 Tsp

GARAM MASALA 1/4 Tsp

(1 MEDIUM) CARROTS 100 gms

OIL 3 Tbsp

TOMATO SAUCE 2 Tbsp

TOMATO PUREE 1 Tbsp
