Banana Chocolate Custard Cake In 5 Minutes In Microwave | Eggless Cake With Wheat Flour And Jaggery

A cake for all occasions. This video will help you make a banana chocolate custard cake in microwave within 5 minutes using wheat flour. It is very soft spongy and completely eggless. The chocolate chips add an additional flavor and feel while eating the cake. Jaggery replaces the conventional sugar to make it more acceptable to those with diabetic tendency.

INGREDIENTS

Ripe Banans 2

Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup

Custard Powder 1/4 cup

Wheat Flour 3/4 cup

Coco Powder 1/4 cup

Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup

Baking Powder 1 Tsp

Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp

Milk 1/2 cup

Cooking Oil 1/4 cup

Vinegar 1 Tsp


PROCEDURE

1. Add banana, oil, jaggery with few ice cubes in a mixture jar and blend to creamy mixture

2.Take out in a bowl and add atta, custard powder, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda through a sieve

3.Mix and fold gently and add vinegar and chocolate chips

4. Line a silicone mould with a greased parchment paper & pour cake mixture in to it

5. Bake in a microwave at a power level of 700 watts( medium power) for 3-4 minutes till the cake has risen, cooked and set, can increase the time for 30 seconds ,if the cake is not set properly

6.Take out of the mould after it is cooled and enjoy
