BISCUIT GUNJIA

Another modified recipe of Granny especially for Diwali festival. There is hardly any oil or sugar used in the making. Frying in oil is replaced by baking in an air fryer and sweetness is provided with dates in the filling. The result is a gunjia with biscuity flavour of cookies. THE PREPARATION TECHNIQUE IS NON MESSY AND SAVES TIME.
